Shipping costs and methods
Greece
Orders over 50€ are shipped free of charge.
For orders with value less than 50€ there is a shipping cost of 2,80€ for all of Greece.
It is possible to pay for your order by cash on delivery in Greece (only). The extra fee for Cash on Delivery is 1,50€ .
With cash on delivery services we may call you. Please respect the agreement of Cash on Delivery and ensure the timely receipt of your order.
Orders within Greece are shipped by ACS or Geniki Taxidromiki Courier Services at the discretion of our company.
Cyprus
Orders from 50€ and above are shipped free of charge to Cyprus with ACS Cyprus Economy courier.
The shipping cost for orders less than 50€ is 6€ for Cyprus (with ACS Cyprus Economy).
All orders are processed by our company within 1-2 working days.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or bank (public) holidays.
If you are not at the destination address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note or text you with their contact details to arrange a new delivery appointment.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund your order if the address or other details you have provided are incorrect or incomplete. Packages returned to the company can be reshipped at your expense.
Our products are shipped via a tracking service. Once your parcel is delivered to the courier, we forward the tracking number to you by email. Please check your email and spam folder.
Estimated delivery times for Greece and Cyprus
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please see below your estimated delivery times by region and carrier:
Greece: 1 - 3 working days (ACS Express / Geniki Taxidromiki)
Cyprus : 7 - 12 days (ACS Cyprus Economy).
Please note that our company cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery beyond the expected time due to weather conditions, breakdowns, strikes etc.

EU and UK orders over 80€ -FREE express shipping 1-3 business days
orders below 80€ – express shipping flat rate 13,50€
USA and Canada orders over 130€ – FREE express shipping 2-4 business days
& Countries Zone A* orders below 130€ – express shipping flat rate 20€
Countries Zone B* orders over 150€ – FREE express shipping 2-4 business days
orders below 150€ – express shipping flat rate 25€
Australia & N. Zealand orders over 150€ – FREE express shipping 3-5 business days

Imports and Duties
Please note that orders for the delivery outside Greece may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT and GST) which are levied when the order reaches the specified destination country.
These charges will vary from country to country and are NOT included in our shipping prices. We will not refund your order if you do not want to pay these import or customs charges. Customers placing the order will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love and be delighted with our products.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us at info@annarekers.com to resolve the issue.
Replacements and refunds
We would be happy to exchange your product for another one or offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of your order, provided they are in their original, unopened and SEALED packaging, in unused and undamaged condition.
Please bear in mind that due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases where the seal is broken (unless the product received is defective).
We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before confirming a refund. Goods not in their original condition, which do not qualify for a refund, can be returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that the costs associated with the return of goods (with the exception of defective items )are the responsibility of the customer. We are a small, growing business trying our best to provide the best customer service possible and we hold your trust in us at the highest regard.

For approved refunds:
You will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare receiving the returned goods, and we will send you an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Kindly note that shipping and handling fees are strictly non-refundable.
Defective products
We double-check all our products to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. In the rare case you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately at info@annarekers.com with “Defective” in the subject line and including photos of the defective item. If we consider the product to be indeed defective, we will exchange the product for the same item and cover the return costs.
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies exclusively to goods purchased on this website.
