The terms of use (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”, “Agreement”) set out the general terms for your use of the annarekers.com website (“Website” or “Site” or “Service”) and any related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This agreement is legally binding between users (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare (“Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing and using the Site and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms at all times.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, which includes our privacy policy, you should not accept it and may not access and use the Website and Services. 

You acknowledge that this agreement constitutes a contract between you and Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare, even though it is electronic and not physically signed by you, and governs your use of the Website and the Services.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these terms.

This contract is concluded in the Greek language.

Use of the Website and Services

By using the Website and Services and agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that:

1) You are at least 18 years old. 

2) You will use this Website, its content and its Services for your personal use only.

3) You are legally able to enter into a binding contract with Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare.

4) You are the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

Registration and accuracy of account information

In order to place orders through the Site, you may either create and register an account, or choose to use the Site's guest payment option. 

In each case you agree to provide complete, accurate and current billing and account information for all purchases you make at our store.

Please note that if you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, as well as for all activities that occur under the account and for any other actions taken in connection with it. 

As part of the account creation and registration process, you may be asked to choose a username and password. We may refuse to grant you a username for any reason in our sole discretion, including if we determine that such username impersonates another person, is illegal, obscene or offensive, or is protected by trademark or other law proprietary rights or may cause confusion.

You agree to promptly update your account with any changes and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary. You agree not to provide false contact information of any kind, disclose your password to anyone, or impersonate any other person or entity. 

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that doing so would be in the best interest of Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

General terms of use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and personal use of our website.

Use of this website does not include the right to 1) download (other than page caching) or modify in any way or any part of 2) use the website or its content in any way other than for personal use.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the service, use the service or access the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express or written permission from us.

You understand that your information (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to comply with and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted in transit over networks.

Privacy policy

Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare recognizes the importance of the security of Personal Data, as well as electronic transactions, and has taken all necessary measures to ensure maximum security. All information related to users' personal information is kept confidential.

Please refer to Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and disclose information from our users. 

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is subject to our privacy policy.

Prices

All prices listed on our Website are in Euros. 

All prices for products via our Website include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable rates and exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products you order and the shipping costs. 

Payment methods and transaction security 

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit, debit and prepaid cards.

To enter your card details, you are transferred to the secure system of Alpha Bank and after successful payment you will return to our online store.

Payment can also be made by deposit to one of the following Bank accounts:

In addition, Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare accepts payment with PayPal, which is a completely safe payment method for our customers. To pay for your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website without us contacting your account details and data in any way. 

Finally, it is possible to pay for your order by cash on delivery (only within Greece). The fee for this service is €1.90.

Shipment

Orders are shipped immediately with ACS for Greece. 

Orders for Cyprus are shipped with ACS Cyprus Economy.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

We do not handle, process or dispatch orders on weekends or bank (public) holidays.

Return policy 

We check our products carefully for any defects to make sure they reach you in perfect condition.  In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately at info@annarekers.com marked “Defective” and include photos of the defective product. If we believe that the product is indeed faulty, we will exchange it for the same product and cover the return costs.

You also have the possibility to return your order (in part or in whole) within 14 days of purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:  

• You have informed us by phone or e-mail about the return within 14 days of purchasing the product.
• Each product is in its original, unopened and sealed packaging, unused and in undamaged condition.
• Each product to be returned is properly packaged in order to be sent by a courier of your choice.

You will be refunded in the same way your order was paid for and you will only be charged for the shipping costs of the products you are returning. We can also exchange your product for another of equal value.

Prohibited uses

Except as otherwise set forth in the agreement, you may not use the Site and the Services or the Content: (a) for any illegal purpose, (b) to induce others to perform or participate in illegal acts, (c) to violate any international, national, links policy;

If you wish to link to this website, you agree to comply with the following: 

1. a) You may not embed or reproduce our content (eg by in-lining, framing or creating other browsing environments or borders around its content.
2. b) You may link to this website only with an underlined text link to the home page. You may not link to any other page on our website.

You agree not to distribute, sell, trade, transmit, exploit or modify anything you copy from the website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, video, audio, without Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare's written consent.

Likewise, all trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Anna Smart SkinCare or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Site and Services may be trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Anna Smart SkinCare or third-party trademarks.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

We try to keep the site as up to date as possible. Also, when describing our products on the website we try to be as accurate as possible. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors or other content available on the website are always accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. 

In good faith, Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare is not responsible for errors in prices, specifications and photos of the products listed on the website. 

Furthermore, we are not bound and are not responsible for any technical or typographical errors, which cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or due to a shutdown of the website or due to force majeure.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website or services is inaccurate.

We reserve the right to modify the content of this website at any time.  You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our website.

In any event, our maximum liability for any of the above types of damage is limited to the amount we received for the transaction that gave rise to the claim.

Compensation claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anna Smart SkinCare from and against any liability, loss, damage or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of any third party allegations, claims, actions, disputes or demands brought against any of them as a result or in connection with your Content, your use of the Site and Services, or any willful misconduct on your part.

The use of this website and any purchase by you of any product from Anna Rekers Smart SkinCare is governed by Greek law and the contracting parties are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts, specifically the prefecture of Attica.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Site and the Services at any time, effective upon posting a version of this Agreement on the Site. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
